Shop Granbury Square

Some of my favorite reasons to shop Granbury square are the many unique shops and places to eat.

There is a little dress shop just off the square called “Stuff ‘N Nonsense” that is so cute. It has fun jewelry, jeans, dresses and accessories. The prices are really good and they always have a sale rack outside with specials. It’s really small so you have to look for it.

With all of the new development in Granbury this little place might get overlooked but is worth the hunt.

After shopping it is fun to go to the “The Coffee Grinder” which is the Granbury Square version of Starbucks. It has wonderful coffee drinks much like you would find at Starbucks but has a few original drinks of their own. The Gordita is one of my favorites. It is like a coffee icee. You can’t beat it. On the walls are original paintings from some of the local artist that is really fun to look at. There always seems to be something new.

If you are not into coffee there are several places to sit and put your feet up like at the Merry Heart Tea Room if you are interested in lunch. They have a wonderful lunch menu. There is also Rinky-tink’s Ice Cream Shop which is always a hit with the kids. You can get sandwiches or hamburgers there as well.

You can never go wrong with an afternoon on “The Square”.
